About the Decentralization and the Digital Economy Institute
The Decentralization and the Digital Economy Institute brings together individuals from across the University of Chicago campus to study aspects of decentralized digital markets (blockchain and digital currency), to creations enabled by decentralized digital markets (NFTs, DeFI, and web3).
As the only institute in the world with an interdisciplinary academic team drawn from computer science, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, digital media, law, and policy, Decentralization and the Digital Economy Institute brings new insights into this rapidly evolving space by providing conversation space and researching impactful questions.
